Join us. **Job Description** AECOM is currently seeking a Construction Resident Project Manager II for our Blue Plains Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant in Washington, DC. This role will support multiple construction projects, coordinate with other Project Managers, designers, and end users to verify that projects will be completed successfully within the assigned time frame and budget. **This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:** * Manages and coordinates moderately complex projects. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless project execution. * Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement strategies to keep projects on schedule and within budget. * Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients and agencies, to gather and disseminate information effectively. * May manage any phase of project (from beginning to close out). * Develop and maintain high project standards and best practices to optimize project delivery. * Proactively manages timeliness and resources to prevent miscommunication and delays. * Breaks projects into tasks, creates workflows, analyzes risk and provide documentation tracking all field work. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirements:** + BA/BS Degree in Civil, Construction Engineering or Construction Management + 6 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education + 6+ years of construction experience in the Water/Wastewater industry + Due to the nature of work, U.S. Citizenship is required **Additional Information** + Relocation is not available for this position. + Sponsorship is not available for this position. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
