Job Title: Scheduler
Job Description

This position involves working with internal teams and customers to schedule engineering projects within the pulp/paper sector. The role requires interfacing with both internal teams and customers to coordinate project schedules. Other duties include developing and maintaining project controls programs for multiple multi-million dollar programs, developing and maintaining CPM Project Schedules with Primavera P6 and MS Project, and maintaining the Program/Project Controls system including program-wide monthly accruals, quality checks, client satisfaction, proposal and project initiation tracking, and overall client communication.

ResponsibilitiesWork with internal teams and customers to schedule engineering projects.Coordinate project schedules and interface with internal teams and customers.Develop and maintain project controls programs for multiple multi-million dollar programs.Develop and maintain CPM Project Schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.Maintain the Program/Project Controls system including program-wide monthly accruals, quality checks, client satisfaction, proposal and project initiation tracking, and overall client communication.Essential Skills5+ years of experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.5+ years of experience in Project Controls.Proficiency in project scheduling and planning.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with project management and project coordination.Strong communication skills for client interaction.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.Work Environment

This is a remote opportunity, offering flexibility in your work location.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00
