Job Title: Construction Scheduler
Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Construction Scheduler with at least 5+ years of experience in transportation or water-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Construction Management, or a related field. This role requires expertise in evaluating project risks, a strong understanding of P6 Scheduling Software, and the ability to present scheduling reports to project owners and stakeholders. The candidate should be comfortable in a client-facing role and adept at conveying project updates.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate areas of risk within projects and identify areas of concern.Understand project plans thoroughly and present information to clients.Carry information from General Contractor reports and present it to project owners.Participate in meetings with project owners and detect potential scheduling issues in advance.Essential Skills5+ years of scheduling experience in transportation or water-specific projects (e.g., rail, highway, freeway, airport, water infrastructure, pump stations, heavy civil).Experience with large multi-phase projects ranging from $200M to $1B.Proficiency in P6 Scheduling Software.Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil, or a related field.Additional Skills & QualificationsClient-facing experience.Ability to present scheduling information to owners and stakeholders.Familiarity with project risk evaluation.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $220000.00/yr.
