Construction Scheduler - Data Center
Join Our Team as a Senior Construction Scheduler! Position: Senior Construction Scheduler About the Role: As a Senior Construction Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, ensuring that all milestones are met on time and within budget. Using critical path scheduling and the Last Planner System, you will track progress, lead pull planning meetings, and collaborate with project teams to create detailed work plans. What You'll Do: + Lead the planning effort alongside the Project Manager and Scheduling Department. + Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6. + Analyze drawings, specifications, and construction documents to create baseline schedules. + Monitor project schedules, provide support and guidance to Operations staff. + Attend weekly meetings to review and update progress, and lead pull planning sessions. + Interact with project teams to define scope of work and update schedules. + Utilize analytics to identify project trends and support risk mitigation. + Prepare reports, including EVA analysis, and communicate schedule impacts. + Assist in developing "what if" scenarios to explore alternate sequencing and mitigate delays. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. + Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, or 9+ years in lieu of education. + Proficiency in construction scheduling or project management. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) Software. + Experience with Lean construction practices and forensic scheduling is a plus.
