Construction Senior Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals and maintain client satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesAttend weekly Project Manager and Project Engineer meetings every Monday at 9 AM to plan for the week.Create detailed work plans, request bids, evaluate proposals, and finalize subcontract agreements.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing project-related concerns to ensure client satisfaction.Establish and oversee comprehensive project timelines, collaborating with all stakeholders to prevent delays.Ensure prompt review and processing of submittals, payment applications, and other project documents.Supervise subcontractors, maintaining professional communication and coordination.Generate project documentation, including financial reports, monthly updates, and schedule progress.Resolve RFIs in collaboration with the owner and design team.Evaluate and process change orders.Support the project team in meeting overall project objectives.Contribute to bid pursuits, proposal development, and the acquisition of new clients.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.7-10 years of experience as a sole Project Manager.Proficiency with Procore, cost forecasting tools, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of public bidding processes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with project managers, trade contractors, architects, and engineers, and resolving issues independently.Previous experience in bidding processes, creating work scopes, managing subcontractors, scheduling projects, and generating cost reports.Additional Skills & QualificationsMaster's Degree in Construction Management is a plus.Experience with educational building projects, ground-up projects, and large budget renovations.Ability to work within an integrated project delivery environment.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.28 - $72.11
