Construction Service Coordinator

In this position you will be working directly with the Assistant Project Manager and Service Manager on both the service and project side. This person will be responsible for assisting the APM and SM with ordering materials, preparing quotes/estimates, coordinating lifts, communicating and maintaining relationships with current vendors.Key Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments with clients and technicians.Maintain and update service schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation.Communicate with clients to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any service-related inquiries.Dispatch HVAC technicians to job sites, providing necessary details and instructions.Monitor and track the progress of service calls, ensuring timely completion.Handle customer complaints and service issues, escalating to management when necessary.Maintain accurate records of service calls, client interactions, and technician reports.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or related fields is a plus.-Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.-Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
