Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent for upcoming projects in the Charlotte Metro and Fort Mill, SC areas. Key projects include a Hyatt Hotel Upfit in Uptown Charlotte (12+ months) and a Ground Up Valvoline Oil Change (6-8 months). The candidate must have 5-10 years of Foreman to Superintendent experience, having overseen 2-3 projects from start to finish with each previous employer. Acceptable subcontractor experience includes Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, and Flooring. You will receive training and support from the General Superintendent. Hard Skills + Foreman to Superintendent level experience + Subcontractor experience in Drywall, Concrete, Cabinetry, or Flooring Soft Skills + Eager to learn + Go-getter attitude Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina. Work Environment You will work independently while receiving training and resources from the General Superintendent, who is primarily in training mode as he approaches retirement.
