We are currently seeking Superintendents with 5+ years of experience to support multiple projects at onceMajority of project are multifamily but this company also works on hospitality, k-12, higher education, and government projectsResponsibilities include scheduling crew and subcontractors, ordering materials and equipment, maintain proper safety procedures, run toolbox talks, QA/QC, verify budgets and quantities, labor management, etcProjects worth up to $70MLocal projects and all are new constructionBased in Denver, CO
