Construction Superintendent

ResponsibilitiesConduct accurate project revenue and cost financial forecasting to meet company profitability goals.Develop comprehensive project plans and foster strong client relationships.Maintain databases and negotiate terms with vendors.Review specifications/plans, perform take-offs, determine scope of work, and communicate the same.Essential SkillsProject management.Construction.Estimation.Bidding.Budgeting.Project coordination.5 years of experience in estimating or project management.Experience in municipality work building water treatment plants and pools.Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management preferred.5+ years in commercial construction management, preferably within municipal work.Experience overseeing and managing subcontractors.Work EnvironmentThe workweek consists of a 4-day workweek with a half-day on Friday.The company offers a competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance and longevity, a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, health, and life insurance, generous Paid Time Off and paid holidays.Additionally, the current COO plans to retire in 3 years, providing a unique opportunity for professional growth and potential ownership.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00
