Stampede Ventures, a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is looking for a Superintendent with federal ground-up construction experience. The role involves quality control management, submittal tracking, daily reporting, communicating deficiencies to customers, and managing multiple sites.

Responsibilities include:
- Implement and coordinate project plans on-site according to the Statement of Work (SOW).
- Plan and oversee all construction phases.
- Lead regular internal and external tailgate meetings, focusing on project health and safety.
- Prepare daily reports in collaboration with the Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer, and Quality Control Manager (QCM).
- Review and process project submittals.
- Participate actively in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on-site staff.
- Coordinate with on-site subcontractors.
