Job Description
Seeking a Superintendent to run commercial projects consistent with company standards, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Superintendent will report directly to the Project Manager and collaborate with engineers. Responsibilities will range from project coordination to site safety.
Responsibilities
+ Manage safety, schedule, coordination, quality, and closeout.
+ Maintain daily reports through an electronic system, including detailed write-ups of each subcontractor's actions onsite, manpower, equipment, weather, and deliveries.
+ Develop and maintain the project master schedule consistent with customer contract requirements.
+ Review, inspect, and maintain a quality project through daily inspections of trades work installations.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
+ Knowledgeable on scheduling, including tracking, reading, and administering schedules.
+ Strong communication skills with subcontractors.
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ First Aid/CPR/AED.
+ OSHA 30-Hour certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with design-build projects.
+ Experience in trades.
+ Experience communicating with customers onsite.
Work Environment
This is a salaried position, exempt from overtime, working 40-50 hours per week. Superintendents are expected to be onsite anytime a trade is present. Superintendents will have the autonomy to run the field and diversify their portfolio, working on projects ranging from industrial, commercial, medical, educational, to municipal. Reporting is done electronically through a provided tablet.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00
