Construction Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:
+ Project Management: Oversee all stages of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
+ Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
+ Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
+ Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
+ Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
+ Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
+ Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
+ Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
+ Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or LEED are a plus.
+ Physical Requirements: Ability to work on-site, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $75.00
