Construction Superintendent
Job Title: Construction Superintendent

Job Description

The Construction Superintendent will manage construction projects for a general contractor/construction management company. They will plan, organize, and oversee project tasks by supervising field staff, sub-contractors, and ensuring overall project safety and quality.

The Superintendent will monitor construction activities from the start of the project through completion and will be the leader in communication between trades, disciplines, clients, and office leadership.

They will report directly to the Project Manager and Construction Director through a daily reporting log and proactive communication. Projects will include multifamily spaces, industrial, and other commercial projects.

This firm operates as an owner's representative, construction manager, and development partner.

Individual will be working onsite. All construction projects are within 35 miles of Grand Rapids. Mileage expense report is negotiable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $48.08/hr.
