Job Description A construction management and general contracting employer is seeking a Concrete Superintendent/Sr. General Foreman for a direct hire opportunity in the Columbus, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will be a concrete subject matter expert and bring with them the safety requirements associated with commercial construction along with a comprehensive understanding of procedures, techniques, tools, equipment, materials, specifications, quality and cost control measures. In addition, this Foreman will need to have experience effectively leading teams as they will be overseeing carpenters, labors, finishers, and equipment operators for small to large budget commercial construction projects. They will need to have experience with running a concrete package job, formwork (Doka & MEVA), foundation packages, clamp systems, gang panels, footings, etc. They are seeking someone long term so reliability, attendance, and willingness to drive to sites within a 50-mile radius of Raleigh. They will be provided with a company truck as well as a gas card.
