Job Title: Construction Superintendent
Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Superintendent in the Richmond, Virginia area with at least 5 years of commercial construction experience. The Project Superintendent will supervise all trade partners and work closely with all members of the project team to form an effective management team.

ResponsibilitiesSupervise all trade partners and subcontractors on project sites.Coordinate and manage all trades and subcontractors.Oversee and help manage other staff members on the project.Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and safety regulations.Read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings.Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various scheduling software.Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative environment.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of commercial construction experience.OSHA training certification.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, BlueBeam, and various scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, Phoenix).Ability to read and understand technical specifications and architectural drawings.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong listening skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience as an assistant superintendent for a general contractor.Experience with Building Information Modeling.Federal project experience is a plus.Experience on projects in the $10M - $20M range.Proficient in verbal and written communication.Work Environment

This is an on-site position with working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Conditions may vary depending on the job site. The company offers a vehicle allowance, a technology package, two weeks of PTO, and 10 holidays. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
