Job Title: Superintendent for Healthcare RenovationsJob Description
We are seeking a professional and accountable Superintendent to support our construction client specializing in occupied healthcare renovations. The projects include radiology departments, doctors' offices, hospitals, and medical equipment spaces.
Responsibilities
+ Oversee and manage occupied renovation projects in healthcare settings.
+ Ensure compliance with ICRA standards, including infection control, hazard analysis, and dust mitigation.
+ Read and interpret MEP designs, drawings, and blueprint plans.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients, ensuring all project requirements are met.
+ Push construction schedules and solve on-site issues as they arise.
+ Maintain a professional and punctual demeanor at all times.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with occupied renovation projects.
+ Experience working in healthcare construction.
+ Knowledge of ICRA standards (infection control, hazard analysis, dust mitigation).
+ Ability to read and interpret MEP designs, drawings, and blueprint plans.
+ Strong communication skills for stakeholder and client interactions.
+ Ability to manage construction schedules and address changes promptly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with healthcare field procedures.
+ Experience with Adobe and Procore software.
Work Environment
This role requires 100% on-site work with locations ranging within a 60-mile radius of Montgomery County, including Delaware, Eastern Shore, Hagerstown, DC, NOVA, Woodbridge VA, and Glenstone PA. Some projects may require weekend and night shifts, but no back-to-back projects will be in the same location. The company offers a company car, iPad, laptop, a 3% 401k match, and covers 80% of benefits. If a candidate does not have healthcare experience but excels in other requirements, training and job site shadowing will be provided.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Gaithersburg,MD.
