**Job Title: Construction Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Technician to join our team. You will assist in the building of construction modular units. The ideal candidate will be handy, capable of performing a wide variety of tasks, and willing to support tradespeople as needed. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the construction and assembly of modular units + Perform tasks using hand and power tools + Conduct basic wiring, plumbing, and framing + Support tradespeople in various tasks to ensure project completion + Work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in carpentry, framing, electrical wiring, or plumbing + Proficiency with hand and power tools + Experience in construction or renovation projects + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs + Basic wiring, plumbing, and framing skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working on construction sites or outdoor environments + Flexibility to work overtime as needed + Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth, with the potential to become a supervisor over time.
