We are seeking motivated construction CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIANS to immediately join our team on one of the most prominent construction sites in the DC Metropolitan area. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile, long-term project as an integral member of the quality assurance/quality control team. Experience with control/quality assurance practices, concrete/soils practices, and deep foundation practices is a plus. Key responsibilities: + Testing samples of soils, aggregates, concrete, masonry and asphalt + Observing and recording concrete pouring, placement and curing procedures + Preparing field reports and assisting with laboratory testing + Daily interaction with clients and team members + Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor  Requirements: + High school diploma or equivalent + Work experience in construction industry + Ability to lift 50 lbs + Ability to climb ladders + Ability to work off-shift hours, including some weekends + Valid driver’s license, with satisfactory driving history Full-time position with b enefits including group life accidental death & dismemberment coverage.
