**Job Title: Construction Laborer** **Job Description** We are looking for a motivated and eager Construction Laborer who has experience in construction and is interested in gaining experience in a skilled trade. This role involves various tasks such as moving materials, cutting materials, and assisting with the assembly and installation of fireplaces. **Responsibilities** + Move materials to designated areas. + Hand materials to leads while they are working. + Cut materials to specified sizes. + Assist with the assembly and installation of fireplaces. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of basic construction experience. + Ability to read a tape measure. + Experience working with hand tools. + General labor and installation skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. + Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions. + Experience in HVAC or sheet metal, carpentry, installing equipment, or other types of manual labor. + Motivated and willing/eager to learn. **Why Work Here?** Once permanent, employees are offered medical, dental, vision benefits, cash/profit sharing, safety shoe reimbursement, and a generous PTO plan. **Work Environment** Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with start times generally at 6:00am or 6:30am. Safety equipment is provided, but steel/composite toe boots with ankle support must be provided by the employee. Employees meet at the shop in the morning and ride with the lead to job sites, most of which are within 1.5 hours of Nashville, with 60% within 45 minutes of Nashville. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
