Our work depends on a Constructive Systems Administrator joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific! **HOW A CONSTRUCTIVE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (WIM) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:** + Working as a Joint Land Component Constructive Training Capability (JLCCTC)/ Multi-Resolution Federations (MRF) simulation operator specializing in the WARSIM Intelligence Model SME. + Configure, document, test, troubleshoot, create, and/ or modify computer documentation related to Linux based simulation systems, to include MS Windows 10, MS Windows Servers, VMWare and Joint Conflict and Tactical Simulation Server/ Bridges for training exercises. + Applicant should be an expert in the Intelligence WfF and familiar with Division and Brigade Operations, to include Maneuver, Field Artillery Fires and Mission Command for Exercise Execution. + Responsible for applying system updates and quarterly patches/ IAVAs. Analyze, test, and/ or modify configurations and software programs in order to provide pertinent solutions to system users, based on and related to user or system design specifications. + Responsible for planning, development, and execution of intelligence simulation training activities to include scheduling, development of databases, exercise scenarios, user account management, workstation player/ controller training, exercise execution and participation in After Action Reviews. + Implement the Department of Defense Information Assurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP/Risk Management Framework-DIACAP/ RMF), the standard process under which all Department of Defense (DoD) information Systems achieve and maintain their Authority To Operate (ATO). + Become an integral part of a small, highly motivated technical competent GDIT team. + Being a team player is essential for success. + Participates in special projects as required. **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** + Education: AA in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work/military experience with military intelligence operations. Simulations experience highly desired; DoD 8570.01M IAT LVL II (CompTIA Security +; CASP, etc); Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. + Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience; require military intelligence experience at the tactical and operational levels; strategic experience preferred. + Required Technical Skills: Practical experience configuring CDS I, CDS II, the Message Router and the High Speed Guard; Experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating the WIM; Demonstrated knowledge to manage classified data flow to maintain operational realism; Expert understanding of intel collection, processing and dissemination of message traffic on the Middel and upper Enclaves; understanding of the Joint Event Life Cycle; Basic understanding of relevant technology or subject matter on any of the following Constructive/Virtual systems: WARSIM, JCATS, DxTRS, VBS3, MUSE. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter on any of the following Army Command and Control Systems: CPCE, AFATDS, AMDWS, TAIS, JCR/JBC-P, DSCG-A, GCCS-A. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
