What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Capital Markets Technology group in their Anti Money Laundering / Transaction Monitoring team. As a Consultant Business Systems Analysis, you will report to the Director of Product Management and will support in executing business analysis activities for the Enterprise Anti Money Laundering program within a matrix organization in order to advance assigned business initiatives and to ensure project success. You will act as a liaison between project stakeholders and the rest of the team by serving as the single point of contact for requirements. You will actively participate in all phases of the project life cycle.

How You'll Succeed
Understanding and documenting requirements - Work closely with business partners to gather complicated business requirements and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Create strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.Solution design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, and quality assurance.Communication and Relationships - Build strong relationships and partnerships with technical team members, business team and peers. Demonstrate very strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Who You Are
You can demonstrate experience with 3+ years in requirements gathering, documentation and data analysis in an agile environment. At least 2 years of experience in SQL and Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps. Must have a background in Capital Markets. Experience in KYC, AML and regulations / experience in Banking is an asset.You embrace and champion change.
