Under general supervision (but works independently most of the time) responsible for working on enterprise-wide initiatives. The Transformation function leverages deep functional and business expertise to work on large-scale enterprise-wide transformational initiatives. This role defines and drives strategy and innovative solutions to address current and future business challenges and achieving organizational objectives. Looks across all corporate strategic initiatives to understand how the big picture initiatives link together in a holistic roadmap.

Your background:

Experience : A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.
