Our Client, a Clinical company, is looking for a Consultant, Creative Services for their Remote location. Responsibilities: + The Lead Senior Designer provides design services for the in-house creative team. The Designer is responsible for concepting, developing and producing creative marketing collateral and digital content for internal marketing clients. The Designer must exhibit competent design skills in achieving the highest possible standards for all materials requiring design in assigned projects and tasks. This role must exhibit knowledge of clients’ business challenges to execute design requests as defined by the client. + Leads concepting and execution of high-level creative projects as assigned. + Designs creative campaign elements from start-to-finish, with a strong focus on developing content such as interactive experiences, as well as static and collateral including animated social media campaign graphics, and related elements. + Develops initial layouts, storyboards or mock-ups for creative review. + Provides design and professional insights to Creative Services and Brand teams. + Produces and is accountable for the final development of creative assets and ensures accuracy, attention to detail and overall meets or exceeds the design objectives within brand standards. + Effectively handles account management with clients and responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner. + Works to improve the team’s overall performance and embraces a collaborative approach. + Successfully completes strategic projects as assigned by Creative Services Manager/Supervisor. Requirements: + Excellent typography, design and production skills in both print and digital mediums, with a strong understanding of web, social media and video best practices. + Demonstrates proficient expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, AfterEffects/Premier Pro, Acrobat (Interactive PDFs), and Illustrator. Adobe certification a plus. + Experience in interactive platforms such as Ceros, XD, and/or Sketch is a plus. + Bachelor’s degree preferred.
