Your contributions will assist in the expansion and evolution of enterprise data risk reporting and insights. You will help develop standard data risk metrics by assisting in defining calculation details, understanding the intent and rationale for inclusion, and supporting threshold identification and visual presentation for reporting. This includes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to monitor the ongoing adoption and effectiveness of data policies, standards, procedures, controls, and data risk identification and mitigation outcomes. Your role will involve supporting the definition and creation of metrics that provide insights at an enterprise level. This includes assisting in establishing aggregate calculation methods, contributing to the introduction and creation of new data where necessary across Business Units, collecting this information, and helping to visually represent results for an executive audience. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Business Units and within the Chief Data Office to support the development of metrics and contribute to automated reporting solutions. The successful candidate will have a foundational background in mathematics and/or statistics, along with some experience in metrics creation, development, and reporting, including generating insights for leadership. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
