Consultant, Global M&E Operations Reporting

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Analysis & Reporting Consultant. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of business enabling services that ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data and analytical skills, a deep understanding of general business and financial aspects, and a proven ability to interpret and enhance processes. **What You'll Do for Us** + Utilize your hands-on (business and financial) skills in Microsoft and GME tools to prepare business reports, perform analysis, and track various elements of GME operations. + Provide data and insights to support the quarterly review of preferred suppliers. + Analyze project volume, spend, and staffing models across regions within GME. + Develop reporting systems architecture, report design, data storytelling, and presentation. + Produce and review analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools. + Support continuous improvement strategy through financial analysis and ad hoc reporting. + Develop and deploy solutions to mitigate risk and execute opportunities. + Produce and review completed analyses that require application of financial concepts and/or tools. + Develop strategies to enhance relationships with strategic partners and suppliers. **Requirements & Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. + Proven experience in business management and data analysis + Robust knowledge of business process strategy and improvement methodologies + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Pay Range:$85,900 - $103,000 Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered. Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5 Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
