We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Consultant for the Global Meetings & Events Team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for a wide range of event support services and technology tools that ensure efficient operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of general business and financial operations, a broad range of experience with technology tools and operations, and a proven ability to interpret and enhance processes.
**What You'll Do for Us**
+ Serve as system administrator for GME's databases and technology platforms.
+ Provide general project support vis a vis supporting technology tools (e.g., web build, registration site, etc.).
+ Maintain project and commissions databases in department tools.
+ Manage the routing and workflows for project intake submissions and requests, serving as liaison with GME regional leadership.
+ Utilize your hands-on skills in Microsoft and GME tools to prepare business reports, perform analysis, and make recommendations on operational efficiency.
+ Develop and maintain reports from several databases.
+ Provide ad hoc project support
**Requirements & Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
+ Strong experience with technology, tools, and software across industries
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking with proven follow-through and adherence to changing priorities and deadlines
+ Proficiency in various database software systems and tools, including Excel.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay Range:$85,900 - $103,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:7.5
Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
