The Consultant, Operations Management is responsible for determining client priorities and objectives through consultation, promoting products and services and providing technical support to clients. The role demonstrates initiative and applies advanced concepts to ensure the resolution of operational problems or issues by investigating, analyzing and providing informed recommendations. The Consultant uses independent judgement to determine methods and approaches to work, assisting senior consultants on projects to develop and implement policies and procedures. Acting as a resource integrator for their area, the role provides input on the development and implementation of policy and program initiatives. The role works autonomously on day-to-day work, keeping up-to-date with specialized knowledge of the industry to provide value-added consultation to clients. The role requires proficient in writing test scripts and executing them during project UAT phase. The role requires collaboration and interactions with various line of businesses prior to and during the testing phase. One of the requirement is individual must have experience in how Wires system works for both FED and SWIFT.

Swift and ISO 20022 knowledge is required).
