**This posting is for two openings. This is a range posting and level will be determined by the Hiring Manager based on experience. This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.**

 

The Personal Lines Auto Delivery teams are looking for an Analyst/Senior Analyst/Consultant to be a key contributor to US Retail Market’s profit and growth goals and help shape current and future auto pricing programs. You will be responsible for determining product scope, ensuring this scope is in compliance with state regulations, and providing technical and analytical support of assigned states and projects with proactive and continuous communication to project stakeholders. 

 

Responsibilities:

Fully own and execute on assigned states' end-to-end rollout of the latest personal auto insurance pricing programs.Gather and document product requirements, clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders, and ensure accurate implementationAct as the subject matter expert for the pricing program and assigned states, provide thoughtful recommendations that influence state decisions and help drive corporate strategy.Independently manage project timelines, flag risks and develop contingency plans, escalate blockers as appropriateRegularly update leadership and stakeholders on project progress, addressing concerns and managing communication channelsLead and consult on workstreams and cross-functional working groups involving moderate to high complexity projects.Conduct high complexity analyses to help support business decisions; where necessary, conduct in depth research of competitor offerings and filings.Lead job shadows, provide training and user support; may be assigned to mentor a new hire or intern.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong project management, organization, and problem solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven record of learning new things quickly and applying strategic thinkingAn eye for process improvement and experience driving forward changeIntermediate knowledge of how insurance pricing works, experience in Personal Lines Auto or Product Management are a plus Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years. Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS). Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills. Experience managing projects preferred. About Us
