As a Consultant, Planning & Operations you will support Coupa’s Global Solution Delivery team to support forecasting and reporting initiatives. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate cross-functionally across the company with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate has experience managing projects, doesn’t hesitate to run reports and analyze results, communicates complex data concepts clearly, and has a strong understanding of the business. This requires project management, experienced data analysis skills, problem-solving, and a strong bias for action.What you will do:Manage the pipeline of PS projects in Salesforce and OpenAir, proactively raising issues around capacity concerns and/or potential upcoming shortagesCoordinate with solution-delivery leaders on project complianceAssist with forecasting and reportingRun quarterly reporting for executive KPIs, performance tracking, and other ad-hoc reporting requestsProvide analysis that supports the business objectives of the Services organization, in alignment with the corporate visionDevelop and maintain Salesforce reports to monitor for data quality issues.Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and execute process and data improvement projectsWhat you will bring to Coupa: 5+ years of experience and proven capabilities in the data domain with a strong business and/or technical background in the areas of Master Data Management, Data Quality and Data GovernanceProfessional Services Automation (PSA) tools experience recommended (i.e. NetSuite Openair, FinancialForce)Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric roleWorking understanding of Professional Services cost structures is strongly preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skills including experience with pivot tables, analyzing and formatting data, use of filters, and creating charts and graphsExcellent communication and presentation skillsMust have incredible attention to detail, be self-starting, and possess strong organizational skillsDemonstrated progressive experience with remote delivery tools such as Zoom, WebEx, MS Teams, Slack, etc.Previous experience in a data-driven, analytics-centric roleAbility to execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.Previous experience with establishing new processes and methodologiesFoundational knowledge and exposure to the following master data concepts: data cleansing & standardization process, data integration & data enrichmentExperience managing projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organizationGreat attention to detailProactive, operational orientationBA/BS degreeMBA or other relevant master’s degree a plus#LI-MH2
