DescriptionThe Small Commercial Package & Specialty Program Delivery team is looking for a Consultant of Product Analysis in Liberty’s US Retail Markets (USRM) organization. In Program Delivery we take the newest products and pricing models and implement them accurately and efficiently into state markets. This position offers a high-visibility opportunity to be a direct and key contributor to USRM US profit and growth goals and help shape current and future pricing programs.

Be proficient with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and data analysis software (ex. SAS or SQL).Have experience with project management and/or product delivery.Exhibit planning, organizational, process, analytical, cost-benefit, collaboration, decision-making, problem-solving and communication skills.Have a background in National or Small Commercial insurance products.Be proactive, autonomous and willing to influence others. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, information management, economics, or other quantitative field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 4 years, typically 6 years or more of relevant work experience. Knowledgeable in data query languages and tools; proficient in new and emerging technologies; may possess data modeling skills. Highly developed communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of data concepts, strategies, and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of data architectures, solutions and designs; extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies and objectives.
