DescriptionThe Personal Lines Auto Product Management organization is hiring for a position on the Auto Product Feature Design team. Our team designs auto product enhancements and evolves our offering strategy across all channels to drive profitable growth. This role is a new position on the team and will focus on identifying opportunities to enhance product feature performance. Project examples include optimizing eligibility rules for policy term placement, developing a new optional coverage, designing safe driving feature benefit, or testing new offering tactics within our quote flow.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
Conducting analysis and research to assess product enhancement opportunities; Independently queries data to conduct analysis of key performance metrics through SAS/Snowflake. Manages projects of moderate complexity and works cross functionally to develop business recommendations and bring enhancements to market.Presents recommendations to Auto Product leadership and cross functional leadership teams.May be assigned to mentor or supervise intern or rotational analysts.Develop subject matter expertise of auto product features.We are looking for a candidate who is:

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years. Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem). Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
