Summary\r

Bell is seeking a Consultant, Recruitment Marketing passionate about driving results. Your expertise in social and digital media, knowledge of current trends, and ability to develop strategies to attract top talent are key. You'll also manage Bell’s employer awards program, handling marketing and promotion across various channels. Ultimately, you will help us establish a strong employer brand and attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities\rDevelop and manage Bell’s external recruitment marketing brand strategy, collaborating with Talent COEs, Talent Acquisition, Brand, Corporate Communications, DEIB, and other stakeholders.Work with Sr. Manager to support development and oversee execution of an integrated content marketing strategy that highlights Bell’s employment brand story, including photos, videos, recruitment collateral, job postings, campaigns, and careers site content.Partner with an external vendor to maintain and update the Careers site, improve functionality, issue support tickets, and integrate new content within the CMS.Collaborate with internal teams to create and manage a social media strategy and content calendar focused on employment branding and career-related content.Support the design, planning, analytics, and execution of a paid social engagement strategy using platforms like LinkedIn and GD/Indeed.Work with brand, marketing, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent delivery of creative messaging to target audiences via social media and internal channels.Assist in planning and managing a comprehensive awards portfolio, including the submission and marketing of awards communications plans.Identify and track key metrics to provide actionable insights, measure ROI, and maintain reports and presentations on key initiatives to drive continuous improvement.Support Talent Acquisition teams in developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns, including events, collateral, advertising, and marketing efforts.Serve as an internal consulting resource on employer marketing initiatives, offering proactive guidance to key leaders and team members.Critical Qualifications\rBachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.3+ years of experience in marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, HR, or a similar role.Strong project management skills, able to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Innovative and creative mindset, capable of producing engaging content for diverse audiences.Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships based on trust and integrity.Experience with video capturing and editing, and designing creative content using tools like CapCut, Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.Knowledge of current talent acquisition trends and the digital landscape in relation to candidate journey.Experience in social and digital marketing, with familiarity in using CRM (candidate relationship management) technology.In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French & English speaking stakeholders across Canada
