Job Description:

The Role

As a member of the Campus Engagement Squad, you will collaborate with your team and our business partners to develop innovative experiences for our next generation of customers by defining problems, conducting research and/or analysis, and developing a solution that supports our end-to-end offering. In the role, you will be:

Identifying the needs and problems of our customersKeeping a pulse on emerging financial services, financial planning tools, technology, user experience and social trends.Leading conceptualization, development, and execution of new strategies, focused on quantifying and presenting the value that Fidelity’s digital offerings provideDriving and supporting key aspects of the strategy and product development life cycle including business case development, business requirements, and crafting and implementing end-to-end digital experiencesWorking with both internal and external partners to optimize customer experiencesThe Expertise and Skills You BringStrong analysis skills and ability work with multiple partnersExperience building innovative digital experiencesData focused approach to articulating client needs in the design of products and solutionsImplementing, measuring, and applying metrics to support rapid test and learnAbility to build credibility and trust with a diverse set of partners and understand how to influence without authorityAbility to think broadly about both digital experiences, as well as how unique elements fit in an end-to-end experienceDedication to cross-functional collaboration in agile, client-centric, fast paced environmentsBachelor’s or equivalent with 5 (+) years of experienceExperience working with secondary education and higher education institutions a plusValue you DeliverFoster teamwork and a spirit of collaboration among team members and business partners while conveying a sense of urgency and responsiveness to meet business needsRun large and complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders to develop business requirements and then executeProactively resolve barriers and issues that inhibit short and long-term goalsApply expert knowledge and act as a trusted advisor by providing consultation services to internal clients in areas of critical initiativesParticipate in defining product vision, roadmap and growth opportunitiesBacklog management and prioritizationNavigate multiple Fidelity Business Units to represent the TEM client and business needsIdentify business needs and improvement opportunities; develop use cases and propose solutionsActively manage partner expectations and maintain strong communication throughout each releaseEstablish and facilitate meetings to include demos of deliverables and impact analysis resultsParticipate in organizational readiness activities, addressing obstacles and opportunities related to product deliveryBuild effective relationships with key business, IT and Legal, Compliance, and Risk partners to drive initiatives to completion
