Overview Assist UF Health system hospitals navigate and comply with 340b drug pricing program. Must be knowledgeable about the 340b program and maintain current knowledge of process and legislative changes to discuss program with UF Health system leaders and lobbyists. Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor�s degree. Specific course work: Bachelor�s Degree in Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy. Preferred Education: Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration or Business Administration. Necessary Skills: 1. Possess strong self-motivational skills and be able to function independently in a matrixed organization. 2. Proven communications, interpersonal relations and team building skills. Required Licensure/Certifications: N/A Preferred Licensure/Certifications: Pharmacy Degree Required Experience: 6+ years working with the 340b program including experience registering 340b child sites Preferred Experience: Experience in a multi-site network integrated health system.
