Support the ABAP project requirements
Monitor the SLT replication process and ensure that it is running smoothly.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the replication process.
Ensure that the SLT system is up-to-date with the latest patches and updates.
Configure and maintain the SLT system.
Assist users with problems and provide resolution to issues independently.
Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
Experience in working in IT production support system.
