6 Experienced as a User story authorProduct Owner or Proxy Product Owner

7 Has the ability to break down Epics into User Stories

8 Participate in the sprint retrospective and identify areas of improvement Demo sprint output to client

9 Should have excellent communications skills

10 Takes ownership for key project timelines and deliverables from offshore
