About the role:
MRI Software is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our team in Sydney, Australia! This individual will provide stakeholder support through product implementations and Professional Services offerings. From time to time, they will assist with the creation of project documentation in line with project management methodologies.
This role will ensure that clients are on-boarded smoothly and efficiently, in turn creating advocates of MRI residential products.
As a highly disciplined and process driven individual the Senior Consultant will strive to exceed our clients expectations throughout the project, and always model the MRI guiding behaviours.
Responsibilities:
Must be capable of leading fast-paced work sessions with client personnel to come up with technology-based solutions to solve business problems.
Understand the client business logic and translate those requirements into MRI technical specifications for products such as Agora Insights.
Develop custom Agora Insights dashboards based on client requirements, including managing the development process and manage the testing process through to sign-off.
Engage with the Project Lead and relevant stakeholders with managing the project timeline, project risks, and actively resolve project related issues as they arise.
Provide product and technical consulting service to clients (gap analysis, software installation & configuration, customisation and implementation).
Develop implementation strategies and coordinate associated tasks and resources required to successfully implement MRI's products and services.
Provide training and a variety of related end-user services.
Assist in development of consultants in the areas of product, client communication, escalations and operations processes.
Become a subject matter expert on the MRI product suite and teach/develop others.
Be a conduit of functionality to the product management teams.
Maintain current and up to date product knowledge on all products.
Assist in taking enquiries/orders from our existing customer base for various Professional Services.
About you:
Degree in Accounting or Information Technology preferred.
Exceptional communication both written and oral.
At least 5+ years’ experience in consulting services, product implementation or systems design & development.
Property industry knowledge and experience in MRI software implementations highly regarded.
High degree of problem-solving skills.
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management skills.
Team player attitude.
Strong familiarity with project methodology.
Highly analytical.
