The Consultant is responsible for supporting datacenterHawk’s clients by delivering on engagements with excellence. This role is focused on working with clients to provide data-driven insights, strategic guidance, and market intelligence.  In addition to delivering client work, the Consultant will assist in business development efforts, operational support, and occasionally contribute new datasets or insights to enhance datacenterHawk’s subscription-based platform.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality consulting engagements by analyzing market data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insightsDevelop a deep understanding of customer needs in the data center industry and translate them into strategic recommendationsCommunicate data-driven narratives to diverse audiences through clear, compelling presentations and visualizationsCollaborate with the Principal Consultant to refine methodologies, structure engagements, and ensure project successSupport business development efforts by identifying potential client opportunities, drafting proposals, and supporting sales discussionsAssist in the operational aspects of the consulting practice, including tracking project performance and managing deliverablesContribute to datacenterHawk’s subscription-based platform by identifying new data sources, insights, or analysis that enhance product valueEngage with industry professionals to expand the firm’s network and stay informed on market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree 2-5 years of experience in consulting, market research, data analysis, or a related fieldExperience in the data center industry, technology sector, or commercial real estate is a plus
