This position will support the Revenue Forecasting team. The workload is mostly based around quarterly forecasts and supplemented by trend analysis and ad hoc requests. The small team consists of a Sr Analyst, two Consultant Analysts, a Manager, and a Sr Director.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for a region(s) at the 4+ forecast cycles that occur annuallyBe able to review data at a detailed level, and a high level to analyze and check for accuracy Analyze what has changed in the current forecast between last forecast, last year, and budget Complete written notes for leadership detailing assumptions built into forecast Responsible for reviewing actuals vs forecast for a region(s) monthly
Analyze retro activity, impact of accruals, and any anomalies to tell the story of what happened in the month and why it may vary at a region level Use SQL, Planful, and tableau to complete ad hoc requests from various levels of leadership Work independently without continuous guidance from leadership Be able to balance competing priorities Understand and resolve complex issues Serve as a resource to others Regularly communicate progress. Independently work in Tableau, Excel, & SQL to produce deliverables Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in healthcare informatics or financial operations analysis 2+ years of experience in analyzing trends and mass amount of data 2+ years of experience working in environment with completing priorities 2+ years of experience working with MS Excel 1+ years of experience working with SQL & Tableau Ability to work a hybrid schedule in San Antonio, TX
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid written and verbal communication skills. Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
