What you’ll do:

Continually learn about Gallup’s offerings, services and research Conduct consultations and needs assessments to get a deep understanding of client challenges Diagnose business needs and design customized solutions, initially alongside experienced Gallup associates Manage complex projects from start to finish, including directing and managing timelines, leading research, and managing scope and budgets Be a key player in strategizing research with your clients and conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments Communicate relevant insights, recommendations and practical advice to your clients Provide reliable, timely support to strengthen client relationships Influence decision-making at the highest levels of client organizations

What you need:

Bachelor’s degree required Minimum of three years of experience in management consulting, human capital consulting, project management or business development required Full fluency in German and English required; must be able to communicate effectively with clients in both languages on day one Track record of leading projects that resulted in positive outcomes for client accounts required Availability to work on-site at Gallup’s London office at least three days a week required Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
