Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - Certified Dell Boomi Consultant with Dimensions
UKG Dimensions is a robust HR analytics software that empowers organizations with data-driven insights to optimize human capital management. UKG Dimensions integrates multiple facets of workforce management into a single platform. It combines functionalities such as time and attendance, scheduling, absence management, payroll, HR, and talent management.

Responsibilities
• Designs, builds, and deploys integrations using the Boomi integration platform.
• Work with clients to understand their integration needs and provide customized solutions that integrate various applications, data sources, and systems
• Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and Work force Dimensions (WFD) configuration, employee support, and new HR initiatives to ensure compliance.
• Certified on Dell Boomi (Associate and Professional certification)
• This key role will collaborate with all HR, Payroll, and administrative teams, in addition to stakeholders and other 3rd party vendors.
• This role will ensure the most efficient and effective solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.
• Kronos Workforce Central system configuration and maintenance (patterns, holiday, accrual and attestation policies)
• Configure, test, deploy Kronos Workforce Central’s new releases and special projects.
• Maintain project timeline, partnering with 3rd party vendors and client groups, and monitoring open issues and change requests.
• Develop and lead business reporting functions- HR analytics, Business analytics, Vendor analytics.
• Hands-on experience on Dell Boomi and UKG Dimensions
• knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients' inquiries, issues, and requests related to the Boomi Interfaces and UKG Dimensions system.
• Respond promptly to user queries via email, phone, or ticketing system.
• Work closely with the UKG Dimensions development team to identify system improvements and enhancements and can develop Dell Boomi Interfaces independently.
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and requirements for system enhancements.
• Participate in the development and testing of system upgrades and new features.
• Develop and deliver training materials for end-users to enhance their understanding of the UKG Dimensions system.
• Analyze system data to identify trends and issues that require attention.
• Proactively monitor system performance and address potential issues before they impact users.
• Maintain system configurations and user profiles as required.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Regularly update clients on system improvements, scheduled maintenance, and important announcement.
• Flexible to work in morning/afternoon/evening/night shifts on a rotation basis- as the candidate may have to work with global teams in different time zones.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• B.E./ B. Tech/ MCA or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Kronos Knowledge a plus
• Database: SQL, Oracle PL/SQL
• Tools: Agile, Jira
• Bachelor’s Degree or experience in the following areas - Information Systems, Computer Science or Human Resources preferred.
• Development exposure on Boomi Interfaces.
• Working on Dell Boomi integrations enhancements, creating processes
• Dell Boomi Certified resource
• Timekeeping, Payroll, Attendance, Time Off, and HRIS systems for implementation and maintenance experience is preferred.
• Understanding of HRIS/HCM concepts and technology is preferred.
• Experience working with unionized international employees a plus.
• Able to manage a fast-paced environment; meet strict deadlines handle multiple ongoing projects concurrently.
• Ability to interface professionally with all levels of management.
• Must be able to take initiative and work independently.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, ability to write and speak clearly, able to easily communicate complex ideas.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Strong presentation skills and ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Provide a system support role for day-to-day systems operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis in a 24×7 environment, specially who is ready to work in night shift.
• Provide varying levels of implementation services through Configurations, analysis, validations, integrations, move to Production, go live support, transition in reference to UKG Dimensions
• The Consultant is responsible for creating solutions for different clients to meet their interfacing requirements with Dimensions products in their environment. Creating different kind of output files using Dell Boomi.
• Understand project scope, timelines and recognize risks.
• Provide status report and updates to Project Manager and project team members.
• Serve as subject matter expert on time and attendance.
• Resolving Snow Dimensions tickets
• Responsible for fixing major critical issues, providing RCA, preventive and corrective actions for them and write code whenever required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ready to work in shifts.
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Open for shift environment
• ITIL Certified preferred and hands on experience on any ITSM Tool, ServiceNow experience required.
