Consultant - FlexStaff

Provides guidance to solve problems, create value, improve growth, and maximize business
efficiency and profitability. Focuses on improving Hospital policies and procedures and
department operations.
Responsibilities:
Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department functions
Analyses gathered information and identifies solutions for improvement
Assists in studies to objectively ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures
Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures
Discusses long-term goals of the business
Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
