Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 9 to 11 years of experience specializing in the Payer domain. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The ideal candidate will contribute to our consulting projects by providing expert analysis and insights ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that align with client needs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Business Analyst, OR in Agile Project Roles, OR Project Management, OR Management Consulting Exhibit domain knowledge in US healthcare system Conduct thorough analysis of client requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs in the Payer domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data ensuring accurate and comprehensive insights are provided. Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement within the Payer domain. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on best practices industry standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee the implementation of recommended solutions ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. Monitor project progress and performance making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients and team members on new processes and technologies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and regulatory changes within the Payer domain. Foster strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development. Ensure all project documentation is accurate complete and up-to-date. Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge and best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Possess a MBA / Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a strong preference for candidates with advanced degrees. Demonstrate extensive experience (5 to 12 Years) in the Payer domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. Showcase excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Display proficiency in using advanced analytical tools and software such as SQL Excel and data visualization platforms. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities. Exhibit strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development staying current with industry trends and best practices. Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Demonstrate a proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Exhibit a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables. Show the ability to work independently and as part of a team adapting to changing priorities and demands. Demonstrate a strong ethical foundation with a commitment to integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
