Consultant Healthcare Institutions
As a consultant at Omni Care Consult, you will work on challenging projects that address the issues facing healthcare institutions today. You will deal with complex exercises specific to the sector. Individually or together with your team, you will work on a project basis for various hospitals where you are responsible for the follow-up and result of the project, always in close collaboration with the client. You are employed both in our office in Berchem as well as on site at the customer. You carry out assignments at care institutions. These assignments include advice, supervision of projects and the realization of improvement processes. The content of the projects is diverse but the answer to the problem must always start from the characteristics of the hospital as part of a global healthcare system. By providing customized solutions, you help build a relationship of trust with the client. Your main tasks will be: + Analyzing the current operation, identifying improvement opportunities, and formulating appropriate and realistic advice. + Analyzing cases and motivating your proposals numerically. + Coming up with innovative solutions. + When carrying out a project, you use a well-thought-out methodology + You are flexible and you respect deadlines. + You cooperate with the customer, and you know how to motivate the team for change.
