The Consultant is responsible for leading the implementation of solutions by ensuring successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution. The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.Meet with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for implementation.Provide hands-on training to designated client members, with the support of a senior consultant, and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency in utilization.Troubleshoot minor issues and provide recommendations for resolutions that are reviewed and approved by other consultants.Process tickets submitted by clients for managed services configurations and follow contracted requirements.Perform other job duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 0-2 years relevant work experience

 Job Expectations:

Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needsWilling to work additional or irregular hours as neededMust work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client informationMust be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
