The scope of this job includes leveraging project management skills and knowledge of technical functionalities to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete implementation tasks throughout the lifecycle of the project.Meet with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for implementation.Provide hands-on training to designated client members, with the support of a senior consultant, and guide them through the solution's functionalities and features to increase proficiency in utilization.Troubleshoot minor issues and provide recommendations for resolutions that are reviewed and approved by other consultants.Process tickets submitted by clients for managed services configurations and follow contracted requirements.Perform other job duties assigned.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 0-2 years relevant work experience
