We are looking for a consultant management department lead to take charge of the day-to-day operations of this department. Reporting to the manager of the product development centre of expertise support team, you will have a major impact on the engineering teams by aligning the service to support the organization's needs.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Collaborate with product development teams and different sectors to monitor and plan for growth and/or decreasing needs.
Coordinate and participate in the selection of top-performing talent (CV analysis, pre-selection, interviews, etc.) and organize their integration in the teams.
Administer the full accounting cycle (purchase orders, invoice receipts, customer rebilling, etc.)
Develop and maintain effective monitoring tools, define performance indicators and monitor the financial elements related to this service.
Establish strong collaborative relationships with our business partners, engineering team managers and many other related teams such as HR or procurement.
Suggest ideas for process improvement and optimization, analyze their impact and implement selected ideas.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
A college or university diploma and/or relevant experience related to the position.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to inspire trust and build strong relationships with various stakeholders from different backgrounds and sectors.

Committed to providing high-quality service to our internal clients.
Attention to detail, effective priority management, and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written. Proficiency in English is required for the position since you will represent BRP in various consultant recruitment activities that necessitate collaboration with partners outside Quebec.
