This role is responsible for supporting the Wealth Management (WM) business unit in a coordinated effort with Enterprise Risk to strengthen, coordinate, and execute Operational Resiliency including but not limited to Risk & Control Self-Assessment, Business Continuity, and Vendor Oversight.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

WM Operational Resiliency Program ImplementationExecute operational processes, template reviews, and key metrics as directed by the Operational Resiliency Oversight LeadPerform recurring Resiliency Assessments on a regular basisEffectively communicate and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, risk program owners, and subject matter experts to help ensure a solid understanding of & compliance with program requirementsResilience and ContinuityWork closely with the business partners, risk, and compliance to ensure that WM is compliant with the regulatory expectations and policies, including maintaining dialogue with key partners and suppliers to allow the business to assess ongoing risks to supply/system outages and make alternative plans in a timely fashion if requiredParticipate on teams to develop and execute strategies that increase savings & efficiency, gain productivity where possible, and reduce riskRisk Management & ComplianceMaintain a close working relationship with process owners to help reduce risk; support regular performance management discussions for key areas to ensure that any issues are surfaced and can be mitigated before they become a problemSupport escalation processes for incident reporting and other key risks and support resolving incidents and challengesSupport periodic compliance assessments to mitigate risk associated with legislation or company standardsSupport other Enterprise Risk projects, programs, and initiatives (e.g. End-User Computing) as appropriate to maintain a strong control environment within the BU and to help ensure compliance with program or regulatory requirements

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a critical thinkerExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-starter, with ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamHighly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other business analytics toolsHighly flexible and adaptable to changeA Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk, and/or other relevant field is highly preferred3 + years of related experience in Operational Control and / or Resiliency, Business Continuity, Third Party Management, Audit, or other relevant field is a plusWealth Management experience a plus
