Principal responsibilities

Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration patching of middle tier applications on Unix environment is requiredStorage configuration on Unix/Linux as per group standard (preferable on RHEL 6/7)Install and configuration VCS as per group standardExperience working in on-call operational support role in a large-scale enterprise environment with high availability is requiredStrong scripting (Bash and Ansible preferred) and automation skills is requiredStrong troubleshooting skills (diagnose error messages, Java stack traces, and perform heap dump analysis) is requiredSuperior problem solving and troubleshooting skillsConduct performance monitoring and tuningProvide consultancy services and technical advice on Unix/Linux projectConduct server hardening and compliance configurationExperience and comfortable working and contributing in a DevOps environmentExpertise with architecture design, capacity planning, performance tuning, back-up and recovery of middle tier applications both on premise and in cloud (GCP)Provides flexible working time and advanced maintenance support for project releases and maintenance fixes.
