No two projects are the same, but they all demand exceptional client experience and a focus on delivering sustainable results. This role also offers the unique opportunity to actively contribute to the growth strategy for Transformation at WSP. Your insights will help shape a leading advisory practice. **What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…** + Proven experience in delivering change management activities as part of larger transformation programmes. + Hands-on experience supporting advisory commissions, with a focus on organisational design and or change management. + A passion for contributing to transformation projects across our key sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, defence, energy, or transportation. + Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships. + A keen interest in supporting business development activities and expanding your expertise in this area. + Relevant qualifications in Management Consulting or Change Management, with a practical interest in problem-solving and change methodologies.
