Develops relationships with Healthcare providers throughout the US by sourcing Healthcare Professionals, making a high volume of dials, utilizing effective questioning and listening techniques and offering our nationwide Job Opportunities that match the Healthcare providers criteria.
Responsibilities
Negotiates the recruitment, interviewing, marketing and hiring of candidates to place with existing clientsRespond to candidates’ inquiries regarding permanent job placement opportunities. Conveys the essential characteristics of the position and determines the candidate’s viability for hiringFacilitate placement of healthcare providers into clients’ medical facilities by matching skill level, licenses, preferences, board status and credentialsConduct reference verifications and arrange interviews for clientsNegotiate contract terms with clients and candidatesMaintain databases regarding status of potential candidatesEstablish and maintain communication and rapport with providers and/or clients to encourage a long-term working relationshipQualifications
Minimum of one-year experience in the direct sales of products or servicesExperience in the sale of professional servicesExperience in recruitment or staffing a plus Accurately manipulate information utilizing a large-scale database systemProfessional level written and oral communications skillsPreferred
College level educationAbility to exercise discretion and independent judgment recruiting candidatesCommunicate and understand professional level service needs, physician credentials and client practicesAbility to be persuasive and influential in verbal and written communicationsAbility to project enthusiasm and develop rapport when speaking on the telephoneAbility to understand and interpret financial data as well as compute profit marginsManage time effectively and devise and achieve work goals independentlyAbility to integrate individual efforts to team objectives and processesWe believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $50,000.00 -- $235,000.00 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.
CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
